What are your shipping rates within Canada?
We offer flat-rate shipping across Canada, with free shipping available on most orders over $150. Please note that oversized items like complete bicycles and indoor trainers may incur additional handling fees.
Do you offer professional bike fitting services?
Yes, we provide professional bike fitting services at our Toronto location. We recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure our specialists can provide a comprehensive assessment for optimal comfort and performance.
What is your return policy for cycling apparel?
Unused apparel with original tags attached can be returned within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, bib shorts and socks must be unworn and in their original, unopened packaging.
Can I pick up my online order in-store?
Absolutely. Select the 'In-Store Pickup' option at checkout. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection at our Castlefield Avenue showroom.
Do you ship high-end carbon frames internationally?
We ship a wide range of components and frames internationally. However, certain brand restrictions and shipping regulations may apply to specific carbon frames. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote and availability.
Are the bicycles sold online fully assembled?
Bicycles shipped to customers are partially disassembled for safe transit. They will require professional assembly to validate the manufacturer's warranty. If you choose in-store pickup, your bike will be fully assembled and tuned by our mechanics.
